My recent stay at Ibis Carcassonne Centre - La Cite was a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the medieval city and with great views of the citadel around the corner. The room was clean, with fresh towels and bed linen, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The "Petites Faims" menu offering pizza and bruschetta at the bar was a convenient option for a quick bite. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of sweet and savory dishes to choose from. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby Jean Alary theater and Museum of Fine Arts, just a few steps away. Looking forward to returning for another quiet and pleasant stay!
